Ingredients:
- 200g gluten-free macaroni
- 300g cooked shredded chicken
- 100g dairy-free BBQ sauce
- 100g dairy-free cheese
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add the shredded chicken, and sautΓ© for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the dairy-free BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- In a separate bowl, combine the drained macaroni, chicken mixture, almond milk, and dairy-free cheese. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish and top with a little extra dairy-free cheese if desired.
