Surf & Turf Garlic Butter Steak and Lobster Tail πŸ˜€πŸ˜ƒ

Ingredients:

  • 2 sirloin steaks (200g each)
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons of dairy-free garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill Pan
  • Tongs
  • Basting Brush
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 2 minutes.
  • Flip the lobster tails and add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter on top of each tail, grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through and opaque.
  • While the lobster cooks, season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In the same grill pan, add the remaining olive oil and once hot, add the steaks, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Baste the steaks with the remaining garlic butter while they cook.
  • Remove the steaks and lobster from the grill and let the steaks rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Slice the steak and serve alongside the grilled lobster tails, garnished with fresh parsley.
