Ingredients:
- 2 sirloin steaks (200g each)
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of dairy-free garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 2 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter on top of each tail, grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through and opaque.
- While the lobster cooks, season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In the same grill pan, add the remaining olive oil and once hot, add the steaks, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Baste the steaks with the remaining garlic butter while they cook.
- Remove the steaks and lobster from the grill and let the steaks rest for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve alongside the grilled lobster tails, garnished with fresh parsley.
